Added support for Punycode

Now websites such as https://почивнидни.com/ can be shortened

Link previews are now available - append a dash (-) to any short URL to see where it leads before visiting.

For example: instead of https://go.mz7.org/A2Ne4N use https://go.mz7.org/A2Ne4N-

I'd like to introduce the official launch of the mz7 URL shortener!

Two extensions are available - for Firefox and for Chrome
